Using Proxy Servers
A friend of mine suggested using a proxy server in light of my problems with my ISP. I followed his advice and true to what he said, it is indeed giving me faster speeds than what I usually get. However, I grew concerned with streaming information through a "middleman" machine. I scoured the Net and found this:
